Healthy Pizza Doesn't have to be no fat

Don't forget, the cancer-fighting properties found in tomatoes (called lycopene) needs some fat to be fully absorbed, so you may be doing yourself harm with a fully fat-free pizza. At least that's what I just read in this book Low-Fat Lies, by Dr. Kevin Vigilante. Read about it on amazon.
