Hi Gladys.

Misc.
Since my mother was sick for so long, I have not been cooking for a long time. The past 6 - 8 months I ate frequently at fast food restaurants, usually while driving between her city & mine, or I ate many meals at the hospital. I still haven't gotten back into the cooking mode, even with the extra time I have since her death.
I just haven't felt much like trying new recipes & I have mostly been eating fruits & vegetables, & quick pasta dishes, quick meat dishes. I've had many meals that are just veggies cooked in the microwave along with some bread, or a burger or steak cooked on the GF grill.
I've found that steaks & hamburgers cook well on the grill. Vegetables grilled on it turn out excellent, but I have just a small one, so there isn't much room for many veggies. One night I grilled potato slices & they were great. I still have trouble with chicken breasts on it. Mine turn out dry. I left a message for Risa G. about it, & she said not to cook them so long. I tried it & they turned out better. Risa G. has a lot of good recipes & tips for the GF grill.
Carol
