Recipe: Dollywood Macaroni Salad

DOLLYWOOD MACARONI SALAD

1 (8 ounce) package macaroni, uncooked
1 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
dash of black pepper
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl.

Add cucumber, green pepper, pickle relish and grated onion. Mix well.

In small separate bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Blend well. Pour over macaroni mixture. Toss until macaroni is well coated. Gently mix in the chopped egg.

Refrigerate covered until well chilled preferably overnight.

Servings: 8-10
