Houston's couscous needs a couple things

Very good if you are lucky enough to guess the portions correctly (do giving measurements violate the policy of the site? New to site). Because I have absolutely loved Houston's Couscous for 15 years, I am certain that at least some (if not all) of the green herb is fresh peppermint. For 4 cups of cooked couscous try about 1 1/2 ounces (half a package). Also add some balsamic vinegar to the marinade.
