You and I do love our spinach, don't we?!

I just looked again at the recipe, something was niggling away at the back of my mind. Something else I always have on hand, and add liberally after the spinach has been cooked, are toasted sesame seeds. They look cool, and taste great, and are really, really good for you. An easy way to get some seeds into our diet, just like the doctor ordered!

Enjoy, your spaghetti idea sounds great, too!
