I've tried making this cake twice now. It is absolutely delicious, but I am confused about the cooking time. The recipe says to bake it at 350 degrees for 65 minutes. However both times I've made it, after 65 minutes, the cake is still runny inside. I've had to let it continue cooking up to another 45 minutes to become firm and cake-like inside. It still is moist and tastes great, the crackly top never burns, but I just don't get it. I've double checked all of my measurements and my oven stays consistent at the 350 degree temp. Is this normal?
