Dianne, thank you for sharing the recipe, I apologize for any confusion. I added (low fat) to the title because there was no oil, butter or shortening in the recipe and I thought our visitors browsing through recipe titles looking for low fat recipes might be interested. If there should be a fat listed in the ingredients please let me know and I'll make the necessary edits. Happy Baking! Betsy
