Info: Using Flax Seed

Misc.

I add flax to almost anything I can. To most of the breads I make I just add about 1/8 - 1/4 cup or what is your preference. I add it to cooked oatmeal when I start to cook it. I have ground it in a food mill to a fine pulp and you can then add it to anything you wish. I have even added it to meat loafs and meat balls.
