Recipe: Swiss Oatmeal - I memorized the ingredients from the Corner Bakery.

Breakfast and Brunch
I went to Chicago for the first time this week and had a great time. One of the highlights was the Swiss Oatmeal from the Corner Bakery. I had it every morning! They had no menus in all of Chicago so as I ate it I kept telling myself over and over what was in it. lol Here is a list of all the ingredients that they post on the ads in the store:

Oats
Low fat vanilla yogurt
Skim milk
Green apples
Bananas
Currants
Dried cherries (although they substituted blueberries in mine)
Sliced almonds
Strawberries

Since it was served cold I don't believe it was cooked. The oats were very firm and not mushy in the least. It's so funny to see other people who thought the same thing I did. GOOD OATMEAL
