For my guests this weekend, I will load up the rice cooker with the jasmine rice recipe you posted, and make meat and veggie kabobs for the BBQ.

Potato skins with tzaziki for an appetizer (we have four teens to feed, in all, plus the adults, so we can go kind of "high carb").
