I saw another Char on TKL somewhere the other day - was that your friend? I've only known 2 other Char's, and both are from CA.

Hope you'll enjoy that herbal mustard sauce - my sis in law doesn't like lamb but she loved it when I grilled a butterflied leg with that sauce!
