Jill!!! That sounds delicious! (more)

Misc.

I love cooking fish as well as all types of seafood. I live near a "china town" and have all types of fresh fish available at a very good price... the turn over is quick so you are always assured of fresh fish... I had to laugh when I read your message...

I was remembering when I was a boy... we went deep sea fishing up in Maine. My parents had a cottage in Bar Harbor... Well... My dad and I were the only ones that survived... since both my mom and brother spent most of their time hanging over the ship rail... along with almost everyone else on the boat that day...( there was only one bathroom). There is nothing more satisfing than catching your own meal... and you know exactly how fresh it is!!! Thanks for the recipe... I'll give it a shot.
