Hi Kathy,
I've recently re-discovered "Wondra" flour...I used to use it many years ago, but just forgot about it I guess.. I now can't live without it...it is so fine that it blends right into everything, and I especially like it for homemade pudding the old fashioned way made with flour as a thickener..anyway, just thought I'd mention that...
