Always add powder to liquid not vice versa. Pour liquid (water, milk, boullion) into a clean, empty jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add flour or cornstarch, screw on the lid, and shake until all is completely blended. Add mixture to cassaroles, soups, gravies, etc. ;-)
