You're the greatest. True Story: While I was posting this sad, old tale, Hubby grabbed the crusty car-washing pail (!) and dumped half a bottle of Dawn dishwashing liquid into it. This time I saw him doing this, and I said, "Honey, what's that for?" Hubby said, "To get rid of the pine-sol." I said, "Just unplug it, open it up, and wait until I can find out what to do." I don't think soap on soap (both highly scented) is the answer.

I thought maybe bleach water, but i don't want to cause a chemical reaction of any kind. And the kicker is Hubby is a high-tech engineer genius boy, 43 years old, but very sensitive to criticism of any kind.
