KT/MN ARE YOU OUT THERE????????

Misc.

I have some questions about your Baked Salami Appetizer. Got a minute? I was unable to find salami in the size I wanted so I had to purchase summer sausage - do you think this will work? Do I take the casing off of summer sausage too? Also do you bake it at 375 for 1 hour and 30 minutes? I was just concerned because my summer sausage is fairly small and I was afraid it might over cook it. What do you think. I am looking forward to making this to take to work tomorrow. It sounds really good. Thanks in advance, Mrs. Food
