Since I am the originator of this recipe, it is best that I should
answer your question. The first time I ever had this it wasn't
served with anything. It is fork food. I suppose you could try
serving it with crackers or bread or something.

I believe the recipe suggests that at the end of baking time, you
cool it slightly & place it on the serving dish. So I would presume
that it would be served hot or warm. It isn't bad @ room temp., but
I wouldn't make a habit of it.
