Make ahead and freeze appetizers and desserts....

I am planning a party next month for around 100 or more. I am looking for simple yet yummy appetizers and desserts/cookies that I can make in the next week or two and freeze to be reheated or thawed on the actual day. HELP!!!!! (It is more or less an "Asian" type theme since we live in Hawaii---serving teri. chicken, rice, noodles, pineapple and cabbage salad for main.....
