Make Ahead Appetizers

Help. I am looking for some recipes that are not really simple that you can make ahead and freeze for Christmas company. They do not have to be basic or have regular ingredients, I am just sick of the same old spanakopitas and Costco appetizers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Taylor in Vancouver BC
