Melanie, Can you give us some idea what kind of ingredients this salad has?

There are quite a few different recipes for "Fiesta Salad." Some have ground beef, some chicken, one I found is a potato salad, and one previously posted here at recipelink uses vegetables such as corn, black beans and zucchini. If you can give us some ingredients, maybe we can post a recipe similar to what you are looking for.
