ISO: Apple Dumplings made with can biscuits and applesauce

My mom use to make Apple Dumplings made with can biscuits and applesauce. She then made a sauce made with eggs, sugar, vanilla flavoring, and butter and poured over them after they were cooked. Does any one have this recipes???
