Hi Nancy,

Just a short note to let you know that it is no trouble at all to whip up this menu. After 25 years, I can probably do it blindfolded. It is my very favorite holiday and I love all the preparations and hoopla that go with it!

And the best part? Why the leftovers of course and all the wonderful things you can whip up with them.
