Recipe: Re: if Brown Rice could be used in this recipe

Hi Sarah.
I use brown rice all the time but find it takes longer to cook and little more water than white rice.
However, since this recipe calls for Instant rice I would think that you can use Instant Brown rice. I would compare the cooking directions on each package and see how much liquid is called for.
The recipe sounds delicious and I am going to try it using Instant brown rice.
