I canned up a whole lotta apple juice/cider, we picked and pressed apples all day at a friend's place a few weeks ago, and man, it is sooo good!

And would you believe I picked up some caramel sauce yesterday,, so I will be trying that caramel cider very soon.

Thanks for posting...I did some chicken using cider a couple of times lately, and my family really liked it! I will post that one when I get a chance.
