Oly Uvul?

Ok, I admit that is most likely not the correct spelling of the recipe, but it was over 30 years ago that I last had it also. I know that it starts with browning garlic in olive oil and tossing pasta and vegatables in it..... but I dont have a recipe and cant seem to find one. Any help would be very greatly appreciated.
