Pat/AR, about those green beans...

Misc.

I've never tried it with canned green beans. I would recommend fresh. They do
have quite a different taste.

The miso and peanut butter together make this a dish very high in protein, not
to mention all the health benefits of miso. So, I would go with the fresh beans
if you could. If your going to spend the money on miso, I would use the fresh.
You'd also get much more vitality and nutrition from them. (I generally don't
use canned vegetables- but that's just me.)

Hope you and your family enjoy this dish. The residents and guest that I have
served it to really love it!
