Thank you for your reply Patty. I went ahead and made the dessert yesterday, and as I wasn't sure, I used the large (6-serving size) box of instant pudding, but it was delicious still. My family loved it, as did I. (Of course, my absolute favorite is your rice pudding recipe, I think its almost 'addicting'!). Thanks again.
