Recipe: Pan Molasses Cookies (cut in squares after baking)

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
PAN MOLASSES COOKIES

1/2 cup Crisco oil
1/2 cup sugar (plus more for sprinkling)
1 egg
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups flour

Mix ingredients together with portable mixer. Spread on greased cookie sheet with sides. Sprinkle with the additional sugar.

Bake 12 minutes at 400 degrees F. Cool; cut into bars.
