picnic menus

Misc.
looking for picnic menus!

for an outdoor symphony on a grassy amphitheater, would
like to make something like a cold shrimp or grilled shrimp with sauces, then with a salad(s) of some sort and maybe fruit and light dessert that can be taken in a cooler or picnic basket
