Pina Colada Muffins

Does anyone have a recipe for Pina Colada Muffins? I faked one up last year using frozen "Pina Colada " mix thawed in place of milk in a standard muffin recipe. I also added a 1/2 cup of coconut. They were good but not quite perfect. They were a little too sweet-sticky top crust and didn't rise quite as much as I thought they should,
Any help would be appreciated.
