Recipe(tried): Chocolate Fudge (using evaporated milk, marshmallow cream and walnuts)

CHOCOLATE FUDGE

This makes a BIG batch!

4 1/2 cups sugar
1 (14.5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 cup marshmallow cream
13 ounces German sweet chocolate
2 packages (6 ounces each) semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups chopped walnuts

Combine sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil 5 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients except nuts. Beat well with mixer.

After mixed add nuts and stir in. Pour into 9x13 cake pan. Let cool.

Once cool and set cut into 2 inch squares. Store in freezer until used.
