Pinto Bean info for Beth

Beth,

I cook Pinto Beans for my DH all the time. Pinto beans take 4 hours to cook. I do not pre soak. You lose nutrients by pre-soaking plus my DH doesn't think they have as much flavor.
Sorry I couldn't offer any shortcuts...
