Please help! Lost gingerbread recipe!

Misc.

In 1977 I worked at a stationery store and they sold scented Holly Hobby candles. Each candle had a recipe on the back -- the gingerbread recipe has been a family favorite for lo these many years, and I cannot find it now! Can anyone help me?

It's an extremely moist, soft gingerbread-type cake, not a dense bread or cookie. I hope someone has this!
