Pressure Cooker

I bought a pressure cooker about 6-9 months ago. Everytime I uses the pressure cooker to cook meat or bean, it always come out burn to the bottom of the pot. Am I doing something wrong?

Please tell me the website for additional information on pressure cooker and receipes.
