Question for Gina

Misc.
Hi Gina;

As a person new at making tzaziki and straining
yogurt - I have a question I was hoping you
could answer

Can you strain yogurt and then freeze it??

I tried freezing a bit of tzaziki - but it just
didn't taste right. I thought if you could freeze
just the strained yogurt - then that part would
be done when wanting to make tzaziki.

Any suggestions? -Maureen-
