Recipe: Coffee Baked Beans (using apple cider vinegar)

Side Dishes - Beans
COFFEE BAKED BEANS

2 cans (16 ounces each) brick oven baked beans
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup strong coffee
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

In large mixing bowl, combine ingredients and pour into 2-quart deep casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree F oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, or until mixture has thickened.

TIP:
Cooking time may vary according to how you like your baked beans--more soupy or a little thicker.
