The recipe from the website does call for 7 tsp of cream butter. But if you think about it there is 3 tsp to a tablespoon so it's only 2 tbsp. and 1 tsp of the cream butter.

And I think cream butter may be sweet cream probably with salt. And yes you should mix some garlic in there!
