Recipe(tried): Benihana Fried Rice (still looking)

Main Dishes - Rice, Grains, Pasta
I tried the Benihana Fried Rice Recipe from Mary. It calls for 7 teaspoons of cream butter for one serving. This was way to much. Or is cream butter different then stick butter? Does anyone have the correct amount of butter or a different recipe for Benihana Fried Rice?
