Re: Braun Kitchen Center

I was interested in one of those too, but nobody in my are carried it, so I bought a Cuisnart, which has worked fine. Anyway, I noticed that Jacques Pepin used the Braun ... even before Braun became an underwriter for his TV programs. And, it does seem very well designed. I think the blender and small bowl food processor would be very useful.

But, like you, I couldn't find much on the Braun, so I got the Cuisanart. If I had it to do over again, I'd probably get the Kitchen-Aide food processor (I like the mini-chop bowl) and/or learn more about the Braun.
