re: Gluten Free Tri Color Cookies

Elaine 1836... I've found several excellent gf/cf recipes in the special diets for special kids book. I know there are cookie recipes in there too, spritz included. I usually just substitute 1 cup of flour for 2/3 cup white rice and 1/3 tapioca starch. Good luck!
