re: Hot House Enchilada Sauce

My name is Evelyn and I am the Great Grand Daughter of the owners of The Hot House at Playland as well as The Hot House on Balboa. I just wanted to say that you have come pretty close to the recipe for the enchilada sauce however there are some key ingredients that are missing. Unfortunately when my Great Grandparents sold the restaurant they did not sell the recipes and we have always been told to never give the recipe to anyone else but only to other family members. Good job but not quite there :)
