That is what my hubby and I love to go with steaks. Simply cut off the top of rather firm big tomatoes, pull out inside, and fill with either blue chees, or mozarella, you might even fill in cooked brocoli roses, and broil in hot oven until cheese melts. You can blanche in water first, if tom. are very firm.
