Veggie Suggestion

Since the remainder of the meal is fairly heavy food (steak, potatoes, cheesecake), I would suggest something simple and colorful for the plate, such as glazed carrots for a little sweetness, or green beans, or peas with pearl onions. I wouldn't add more heavy starches or fats to the menu.
