Request: Veggie suggestion

Misc.
I am NOT a caterer (and don't have the energy to be one), but have been asked to organize & prepare a dinner for a small group at church (about 20 people). The man in charge TOLD me that they would be grilling steaks, wanted baked potatoes, lettuce salad, a vegetable, and someone else is providing cheesecake for dessert. I'm stuck for a vegetable idea. Can anyone help me with suggestions? I know that some of you are pro's and I sure would appreciate your help.

Thanks so much.
