Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I just got back from a short vacation and checked the board now. I am anxious to try out the seggestions. Yes, Kathy, mine does have a window - maybe that is the problem. My friend also has a regal machine with a window and has the same problem. Thank you all so much. Will let you know what I find out!!!
