I must say that jerk chicken is wonderful! Simply to die for!

If you don't want to get tremendously involved, you can buy good quality jerk sauce or jerk seasoning at some of the better grocery stores. They usually come with some recipe recommendations as well. Good on chicken, pork or shrimp!
