HAM AND LENTIL STEW
4 cups water
2 cans (10 oz each) condensed chicken broth
3 cups diced cooked ham
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped carrot
2 cups dried lentils
1 large onion, chopped
In 3 1/2 to 4-quart crock pot, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Servings: 8
