Hi Grandma Sue;
I hope I have better luck getting my recipe to post than Terry did.
SAUERKRAUT BALLS From Best of the Best from Ohio Cookbook
1 # sausage
1/2 cup onion
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 quart sauerkraut, drained and chopped
Flour
3 eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs

Fry sausage and onion; let drain. Cool. Add cooled sausage and onion to next 7 ingredients. Mix well. Make balls. Roll in flour, then in the 3 beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs. Deep fry until brown.
