Mike - just got acquainted on 'copy cat' - see you posted 2/9/10 about Kim's Pink Sauce - Medford........Have been a resident here since 1967 & love that sauce. Can't wait to make it. I do feel that I will totally dissolve the sugar in the vinegar first, and then proceed blending. Have had some kind of pink sauce here lately, and it is like eating sweet 'sand' ---------
I was born & raised in Bellingham, then Seattle-and now the Rogue Valley.
Not sure Mike how it might work for me to hear back from you, as I am sooo not internet savvy-but if I don't hear back from you, was fun for me to contact you about the Medford Pink sauce, and knowing you live in Seattle. Happy 2011!!
