Hi Toby: I would like to say that the recipe was a secret I got it form my aunt that worked there. sorry to see it abandon the last time i went down there. lived there most of my life. To let you know i won a $1200 pay check from a sauce master that say he can make repeat any sauce he tasted. So we and a few other's keep the recipe alive.. P.S. Everyone love the pink sauce from Kim's. Dennis K.
